    Registration Steps

    Registration for Camp Colony Creek 2025 is a 3 step process.

    STEP 1: Online Sign-Up (REQUIRED)

    Sign-up your Girl Scout on our Camp Colony Creek website.

    Returning families/campers:

    1. Login to your previous account.
      • If you have signed-up on our website for a previous camp, login with your email address.
      • If you don't remember your password, use the "Forgot Password?" link to reset it.
      • If you don't remember your email address, click on the "Having Trouble" button in the lower right of the screen. Include your name and what you think your email address is in the comments, and we'll get back to you if your account exists.
    2. On your account page, click on one of the four blue buttons to begin online sign-up.

    New families/campers:

    1. Create an account.
    2. On your account page, click on one of the four blue buttons to begin online sign-up.

    STEP 2: Payment (REQUIRED)

    Choose how to pay fees and complete payment

    Payment for Camp Colony Creek 2025 Campers, Program Aides/OWLs, TAGs and Adult Volunteers can be completed in three ways:

    • Online:
      Pay online via Cheddar Up -- our third party, secure payment portal: https://camp-colony-creek-2025-registration-fees.cheddarup.com
      Note: There are fees associated with the use of this payment method. Be sure to complete all payments (for multiple camp participants) in one transaction to avoid additional fees. Payment must be received by the camp registration deadline, Wednesday, April 30th.
    • Check:
      Pay by check, made out to 'Camp Colony Creek 2025,' and deliver the check with your required forms/paperwork before Wednesday, April 30th.
    • Cash:
      Pay with exact cash delivered with your required forms/paperwork before Wednesday, April 30th.

    STEP 3: Forms/Paperwork (REQUIRED)

    Complete and Deliver Required Forms/Paperwork

    1. Complete the required forms/paperwork for your camper, Program Aide/OWL, TAG or yourself. Required forms are listed on page 2 of each PDF packet as well as on your account page and the Required Forms page.
    2. Deliver all required forms/paperwork and camp fee before Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Instructions for handing over forms/paperwork are viewable on the Required Forms page.

      • NEW! Completed forms in PDF format can be submitted on our camp website
      • OR Printed and completed PDF packets can be mailed or delivered

    Please double check that all form fields are filled out and all signatures are provided before submitting your paperwork.
