    Overview

    The registration process requires you to fill out, print and deliver various documents for each of your camp participants. The documents needed include permission slips, medical information, behavior agreements, and more.

    Opening a PDF
    To open a PDF for editing or printing, you'll need a program/software that is a PDF editor/reader. Adobe Acrobat Reader is a popular choice, but there may be other programs or services available. Download Adobe Acrobat for Free.

    Fillable PDFs
    Each of the PDFs is "fillable" allowing you to type in the correct information on your computer. Typing in the information ensures the information is legible and easily readable. Click in the blue, editable form fields and type to fill in the appropriate and relevant information.

    Filling In By Hand
    If you are unable to edit the files on your computer, please print legibly, uppercase in black ink. For the safety of campers and other participants, we need to be able to read your writing. Some legibility tips are listed here.

    New! Digital Signatures, Electronic Submission, and Online Safety
    This year we're allowed to accept digital signatures as well as accept forms submitted electronically. We will NOT accept any emailed documents, because this is not a safe way to share personal details of your camper. Online safety and security is a priority.

    Actions to Take
    Each packet of paperwork needs to be:

    1. Filled out
    2. Signed
    3. Submitted

    Any of these steps can be completed digitally or manually. Instructions for each scenario are provided below.

    NOTE: You will noticed the "Sign-up" form included in the PDF packet. Please fill this out even though you filled it out online previously. Online sign-up helps us create reports that we need. The paperwork/PDFs are camp documents used by the camp nurse, and other camp volunteers while the camp is in progress.

    Forms/Paperwork Deadline

    The deadline and cutoff for online sign-up, payment, and forms/paperwork is Wednesday, April 30, 2025.

    Mailed forms/paperwork MUST be received by the registrar BEFORE the deadline.

    Emailed forms/paperwork will not be accepted. It is not a safe way to share personal information.

    Filling Out and Submitting Forms/Paperwork

    Option 1:
    Do Everything Digitally

    Summary:

    • Fill out the forms on your computer.
    • Digitally sign each form where marked.
    • Save the edited and signed PDF to your computer.
    • Upload the forms.

    1. Download the PDF.
    2. Open the PDF on your computer, using Adobe Acrobat (Download Adobe Acrobat for Free) or other PDF editing software of your choice.
    3. Click in the blue, editable form fields and type to fill in the appropriate and relevant information.
    4. Sign using a digital signature.
    5. Save the edited file to your computer. We recommend adding your camper's name to the file name.
    6. Please double check that all form fields are filled out and all signatures are provided before submitting your paperwork.
    7. Upload the complete, filled out packet in PDF format.

    Option 2:
    Digital and Manual

    Summary:

    • Fill out the forms on your computer.
    • Print out the completed forms.
    • Sign the forms by hand.
    • Deliver or mail the forms.

      3. Print all pages of the PDF.
      4. Fill out the forms by hand. Please print in all CAPITAL letters with black ink.
      5. Sign each form as needed.
      6. Please double check that all form fields are filled out and all signatures are provided before submitting your paperwork.
      7. Mail or deliver the forms packet

    Legibility Tips

    When filling out the forms by hand, use these tips to make sure your handwriting is neat and legible.

    • Use a Reliable Black Pen – Choose a pen that writes smoothly and doesn't smudge or skip. Gel pens are great, but make sure the ink dries quickly so it won't smear.
    • Write in All Capital Letters – All caps can be easier to read, especially for names and addresses.
    • Take Your Time and Stay Inside the Boxes – Carefully align your writing with any lines or boxes provided, and keep your letters clear and evenly spaced.
    • Remember! Paperwork is kept on campus during camp in case of emergencies. Making sure your forms are easily readable can impact how quickly we can take action.
