Registration Steps

Registration for Camp Colony Creek 2024 is a 3 step process.

STEP 1 (REQUIRED): Register your Girl Scout on our Camp Colony Creek website.

Returning families/campers:

  1. Login to your previous account.
    • If you have registered on our website for a previous camp, login with your email address.
    • If you don't remember your password, use the "Forgot Password?" link to reset it.
    • If you don't remember your email address, click on the "Having Trouble" button in the lower right of the screen. Include your name and what you think your email address is in the comments, and we'll get back to you if your account exists.
  2. On your account page, click on one of the four blue buttons to begin online registration.

New families/campers:

  1. Create an account.
  2. On your account page, click on one of the four blue buttons to begin online registration.

STEP 2 (REQUIRED): Choose how to pay fees and complete payment

Payment for Camp Colony Creek 2024 Campers, Program Aides/OWLs, TAGs and Adult Volunteers can be completed in three ways:

  1. Pay online via Cheddar Up -- our third party, secure payment portal:
    http://my.cheddarup.com/c/camp-colony-creek-2024-registration-fees

    Notes: There are fees associated with the use of this payment method. Be sure to complete all payments in one transaction to avoid additional fees. Payment must be received by the camp registration deadline.

  2. Pay by check, made out to 'Camp Colony Creek 2024,' and deliver the check with your required forms/paperwork before Tuesday, April 30th.

  3. Pay with exact cash delivered with your required forms/paperwork before Tuesday, April 30th.

STEP 3 (REQUIRED): Complete and Deliver Required Forms/Paperwork

  1. Complete all required forms/paperwork for your camper, Program Aide/OWL, TAG or yourself. Required forms are listed on page 2 of each PDF packet as well as below.
  2. Deliver all required forms/paperwork before Tuesday, April 30, 2024. Instructions for handing over forms/paperwork are viewable on the Required Forms page.

2024 Girl Scout Campers and 2024 TAGalongs

  • GS Permission Slip F-204 for the 3 days of camp, which includes
    • the GSSJC Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
  • GS Medical Information Form F-185, which includes
    • a copy of the camper's Immunization Record
    • a photocopy of Insurance Card
  • Authorization for Release of Information GSSJC O-40
  • Behavior Agreement form GSSJC O-221

2024 PA/OWL Participants

  • GS Permission Slip F-204 for the 3 days of camp, which includes
    • the GSSJC Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
  • GS Permission Slip F-204 for the pre-camp work sessions
  • GS Medical Information Form F-185, which includes
    • a copy of the camper's Immunization Record
    • a photocopy of Insurance Card
  • Authorization for Release of Information GSSJC O-40
  • Behavior Agreement form GSSJC O-221

2024 Adult Volunteers

  • Emergency Slip GSSJC F-22
  • Confirmation e-mail showing new or recently renewed 2024 GSUSA membership
  • Youth Protection Training Learning Path (Level 1 and 2) completion certificate
